The estimated value of the "Parus" business center ranges from $80 to $100 million. It is also worth noting that the business center has good potential profitability. Office real estate rental prices of this class in Kyiv reach $40 per square meter per month. Thus, the "Parus" business center increases the value of Maxim Krippa investment portfolio by $100 million.

GSC Game World:

It is hard to believe, but the "Parus" business center is not Maxim Krippa most expensive asset. The inconspicuous and little-known to the general public company GSC Game World surpassed the skyscraper in price.

GSC Game World is a Ukrainian video game developer, one of the first in the country. GSC Game World has international recognition, thanks to a game everyone has heard of — S.T.A.L.K.E.R.

On the third hand, the release of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl has been postponed six times already, and this fact cannot be ignored.

Considering all the pros and cons, we have estimated the value of GSC Game World at $200 million.
